Attention Students: If you are unsure of your username and password go to Pioneer Pass (opens in a new window). Select Students then click on What's my User ID to retrieve your username. Set or reset your password using Password Master. Contact the I.T. help desk at 828 448-6030 if you experience problems logging in to college resources after retrieving your username and password.
